What does the service include?
HR administration
We handle complete employee documentation and provide ongoing HR support:
- maintaining personnel files and preparing the mandatory document package;
- registering employees with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS);
- tracking deadlines for medical examinations and OHS training;
- issuing employment and income certificates;
- issuing employment certificates;
- preparing reports to meet client requirements.
Payroll administration
Payroll administration primarily includes:
- preparing payroll sheets and contractor invoices;
- settling social security benefits;
- processing additional employee benefits (sports cards, medical packages, ZFŚS financing);
- preparing and submitting ZUS, PIT, and PFRON declarations;
- preparing annual PIT-11 and ZUS IMIR forms;
- administering PPK;
- preparing salary transfers.
